Information/Placing orders

 

 

Custom Orders

Custom orders are available. Each custom piece is unique and made to specific order.  Prices will vary depending on the quality of the materials and the intricacy of the design requested.  A non-refundable deposit is required to cover supply costs.  The deposit will be credited to the custom order at the time of purchase.  Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges for custom ordered pieces, unless the piece is defective.

 

Ordering

Items may be purchased securely through JCJK Designs paypal online shopping cart.  To ensure processing in a timely manner, please make sure to enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.   Once the order has been placed using paypal, you will receive an email confirming your order.  There is only one of each item on our pages available.  Please do not attempt to order more than one of any individual item.  If you are interested in purchasing a similar design as one in the gallery or a sold item please contact me @ culkinrn@aol.com .  If there are details regarding a particular design that is not in the description or noted in the item picture, please feel free to contact me for any specifics.

 

Shipping & Handling

Shipments will be mailed via USPS.  At this time, we are not charging shipping & handling charges for items mailed USPS.  Customers will be notified of any unusual delays.  Shipments will be insured. 

      1st class shipment-expected delivery 7-10 days

Repairs

We take pride in our work.  Every effort is made to inspect our items for quality and durability.  However, if you receive a JCJK design that is defective, we will be happy to refund your purchase, repair or replace the item within 30 days of receipt.  Please note, repair or replacement at the expense of JCJK Designs is contingent upon adherence to our jewelry care guidelines.

 

Return Policy

-items can not be returned unless the item is defective. 

-a copy of the confirmation email must be included with the packaged return.

-the return must be properly packaged and insured.  We can not be held responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

-at the time of our receipt of the returned item, you will be issued a credit that will appear on your billing statement.

 

Please note- Slight imperfections and irregularities can be noted in gemstones and pearls.  Handcrafted beads are one of a kind items and no two are alike.  Please do not consider these defects in craftsmanship.
